Stay with the ONE

The deeper, the grief, the deeper the love. I’m not ashamed of my sadness or showing it because I believe and know its truth; the deeper the sorrow the deeper the joy. The longer and colder and weirder and more f@cked up the winter the more fantastic and amazing the summer #iykyk #utahsatire Happy #summersolstice and just in case anybody was confused in me expressing my process here - it’s to normalize tf out of it, not bc im stuck or lost in it - in fact I am found and continually finding more and I am incredibly happy and indescribably sad all at once.

Please remember I guide this process, it’s my #dharma and that doesn’t mean I’m fully healed (cuz wtf does that even mean;) I’ll always have more to know and unknow and discover and re-cover as I hope we all do and..

My ability to feel all of this today has been increased exponentially over the past decade of practicing embodied spirituality, vulnerability, which includes showing my humanness in its mess and its magic. I can tell you all the growth and goodness, but my goodness aren’t you bored with that fairy tale ;)

However, I have been sharing the mess more than the magic so today I would like to share with you some thing that a mentor I’m rarely in contact with anymore sent me quite out of the blue a couple weeks after my heart was broken.

“Stay with that person who is interested in you,

And I'm not talking about a simple physical attraction

because those interests are fleeting and few sincere,

I meant a much deeper interest…

I mean someone who wants to know everything about you,

that loves to listen to you or read you. Yes,

stay with someone who loves every scar that makes up the natural beauty of your body,

someone who admires your whole being.

Stay with someone who shares your passions, your tastes and your dreams. Stay with that person who looks at you as if you were magic, with someone who dedicates you and songs. Someone who has details with you, someone who wants to hold your hand, who gives you smiles, who misses you, who cares about you, someone who is afraid of losing you and takes care of you as their most precious treasure.

Stay with the person who fills you with kisses and always welcomes you with a big hug; Stay with someone who, despite all your flaws, wants to discover your virtues. Stay with that person who supports you unconditionally, who advises you, who tries to understand you; stay with someone who when saying "I love you", looks you in the eye. The person who loves and is curious about life Even when it’s hard. Who will fight for their Sobriety for them so that they can remind you if you get weak💜💜💜💜
